Original breeder packs come sealed with the breeder's own branding, while resellers repack bulk seeds into their own sleeves, which is fine until you wonder whether the genetics are what the label says. Reputable resellers name the breeder for every line. When I checked, https://budweedseeds.com identifies the source breeder on each listing and marks which ones are in house crosses, so at least you know what you are getting. Price differences between the two are usually small, so I lean toward original packs.
